Volume[s]

Volume[s] had a distinctive physical identity and a modular Dublin space, but no website through which people could experience it before arriving. Its first digital presence translates the same restraint, refinement and flexibility into an online experience.

Translating physical to digital

]

Volume[s] is a modular coffee space and living archive at George's Quay, Dublin. Its in-person identity was already clear: restrained, refined and designed to shift with the rhythm of the space. What it lacked was a digital home capable of carrying that same character beyond the physical environment. The challenge was not to invent a new expression, but to translate an existing one without flattening its nuance.

The same restraint, translated

]

The space itself served as the reference point, its proportion, pace and material sensitivity carried into the structure, typography and interaction of the website. The identity remained intact as a digital system took shape around it, giving Volume[s] a site that feels recognisably connected to the experience in person.

A digital extension of the space

]

Volume[s] now has a first digital home that introduces the space with the same calm and clarity people encounter in person. The website gives the brand a credible presence beyond George's Quay and a flexible foundation for sharing what happens there as the programme evolves.
